<strong>Josette Arnold</strong> is a corporate litigation specialist with particular experience of disputes related to long-term debt and equity financing, share transfers, and liability warranties.
Clients involved in civil and commercial disputes benefit from her experience in enforcement (guarantees, sureties, protective or interim measures, etc.) and her ability to optimize client risk.
Josette is a firm believer in the adage “no case without a cause”.
<strong>Jack Bussy</strong> began his legal career as an attorney with Clifford Chance (Paris and Tokyo). He then worked as an investment banker with Citicorp and Crédit Commercial de France (Paris and New York).
His practice group works primarily on corporate alliances, M&As, and commercial contracts, in particular in the retail and distribution industry.
He is a graduate of the INSEAD business school and the Institut de Langues Orientales (Japanese).
He is the author of a textbook entitled “Droit des Affaires” published by Dalloz, based on the business law course he teaches at Paris’s Institut des Sciences Politiques.
<strong>Guillaume Fouquet</strong> brings to the firm his skills in capital restructuring and corporate restructurings, in addition to his expertise in tax law.
He is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and a French certified public accountant (expert comptable). Guillaume Fouquet was previously CFO of a group of companies.
He is a member of the I.A.C.F. (the French tax lawyers' association) and an expert with the Association des Moyennes Entreprises Patrimoniales (A.S.M.E.P.).
He teaches at the professional training center Lamy Formation. He is involved in the running of the Tour de France du Patrimoine Professionnel organized by the magazine Reprendre et Transmettre, and is a regular contributor to the same magazine which specializes in mergers and acquisitions.
<strong>Dominique Gautherat</strong> has developed solid litigation and dispute resolution experience in labor and employment law and commercial law.
She also has in-depth knowledge of the issues affecting social security agencies. Her experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation make her an ideal broker for resolving disputes out of court.
Dominique Gautherat also teaches law to the buyers of major manufacturing groups.
<strong>Nathalie Lenfant </strong> specializes in labor and employment law, advising and assisting businesses before the courts. She holds a Masters degree (DEA) from Paris II University and is qualified to practice as a French attorney (avocat).
She has particular specialist knowledge of the management of individual work relationships, working hours, and the HR management of expatriates and executives.
Nathalie also lectures at labor and employment law conferences for the members of the Federation Syntec Informatique (knowledge industry association) and is a member of the MEDEF (JEM), the association of French industry leaders.
<strong>Stéphane Lieser</strong> holds a Masters degree (DEA) in literary and artistic property law from Paris II University and an LL.M from the New York University School of Law.
He specializes in entertainment and communication law. He worked as copyright counsel for the Motion Picture Association of America in New York.
Currently, he represents both French and foreign closely-held and public-held multinationals in the television and motion picture industries.
In this capacity, he develops synergies with North America. He is also an expert with the Media Plus program where he dispenses training to European television and motion picture professionals.
At La Boétie, Stéphane Lieser is in charge of the Media/Intellectual Property practice group. His specialty interacts with corporate law, labor and employment law and tax law.
<strong>Odile Prot</strong>, specializes in labor and employment law. She advises and assists the human resources departments of businesses in the management of individual employees as well as the collective management of their labor force.
Odile Prot assists with M&As and inter alia with the organization and implementation of save-as-you earn schemes, employee representation bodies, and employee benefits.
Odile Prot is a member of Réseau Entreprendre 92, an association of entrepreneurs.
<strong>Claude Ravon</strong>’s practice focuses on buyouts, IPOs and bond issues, and assistance to with bankruptcy and financial restructuring.
He specializes in corporate law, M&A’s, insolvency and contracts law. He graduated from CPA, business school for continuing education, and now lectures there.
Claude Ravon also teaches at Sup Télécom, a French telecommunications engineering school.
<strong>David Chatillon</strong>Chatillon joined La Boétie after five and a half years at the tax department of C’M’S’ Bureau Francis Lefebvre. He has a post-graduate qualification (DESS) in tax law from Bourgogne University and is qualified to practice as a French attorney (avocat).
He divides his time between advisory services (standard tax issues, restructurings, payouts, revenues, assets) and tax disputes (assistance during audits, settlements with the French tax authorities, jurisdictional disputes, etc.).
In addition, David won the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Association's prestigious debating competition in 2001 (Premier secrétaire de la conférence du barreau des Hauts-de-Seine).
<strong>Marc-Olivier Deblanc</strong>, holds a Masters (DEA) in intellectual property. He works with the Media/Intellectual Property practice group. He has acquired particular expertise in copyright and neighboring rights in the recording and music publishing industries and in entertainment law.
More generally, he counsels and litigates in literary and artistic property law (visual arts, photography, literary publishing) and industrial property (trademarks, patents, etc.).
<strong>Alexandra Lange</strong> specializes in corporate law and foreign investment in France and in commercial contracts, both counseling and litigating. She has obtained a post-graduate qualification (DESS) in European law (1999) and an L.L.M in intellectual property law from University College London (2000).
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004.
<strong>Francis Nogué</strong>advises companies on long-term debt and equity financing (issue of hybrid securities), M&As, asset and business purchases, and the drafting of commercial contracts.
He has a degree in corporate law (DJCE) as well as a Masters (DEA) in private law. Francis Nogué has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001.
<strong>Ariane Olive</strong> specializes in providing advice and assistance on corporate law matters, and also in the drafting of (French and international) commercial contracts and their follow-up up (disputes, renegotiation). She obtained an LLB from King’s College, London and a Masters (DEA) in intellectual property from Paris II University.

<strong>Delphine Dubois</strong>’ (Admitted 2001, Paris Bar) main area of practice is commercial litigation with a special focus on contractual liability, protective orders and enforcement proceedings.

<strong>Daphné Peyrot des Gachons</strong> (admitted 2000 at the Paris Bar) is an associate attorney whose main field of practice is Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
